Director

Simon is a Specialist Workers’ Compensation Broker with over 20 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation, spanning Risk Management, Underwriting, Injury and Claims Management, Premium Management and Loss Control. He currently works with employers assisting them in gaining control of their Workers’ Compensation programs and achieving sustainable reductions in premium and associated costs.

National Manager — Growth and Strategy

With 15 years of experience in the industry, working in Customer Engagement and Program Management, Alex is the primary relationship contact for all clients. His main responsibility is ensuring that all commitments made to clients are delivered upon. Alex is the first point of contact in relation to any service issues and will resolve all issues raised by clients.

Account Manager

Cathy has over 10 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, working across all areas of Workers’ Compensation, including front end case management, tail case management, technical manager and, for the past six years, Team Manager. Her management and leadership skills have been used to improve large organisations in achieving their strategic goals, with effective problem solving providing favourable solutions.
